I have a few points to check we've understood or to clarify.
  1. In the Install Pack - Customer Obligations: "Asbestos - customer to arrange asbestos test and notify us on outcome: Soffit".
  2. In the Install Pack - Customer Obligations: "Shower Pump - customer aware shower pump will be disconnected".
  3. In the Install Pack - Custom Obligations: "Plumbing for new radiator in family room".
  4. In the Install Pack - Key Facts: It is pointed out that Octopus cannot accurately predict the performance of the system, so we may find that some rooms are not warm enough and we need an extra radiator or larger radiator.
  5. In the Terms and Conditions 7.4.5: "you shall ensure the product is connected to a stable internet connection at all times". We obviously cannot guarantee this since many parts of the connection are beyond our control.
  6. In the Terms & Conditions 7.4.5, 10.3 and 10.5 we are required to provide access through our firewall for Octopus to monitor and control the heat pump, even if we are not on one of Octopus's smart tariffs.
  7. What antifreeze protection for the heat pump will Octopus be installing: glycol, antifreeze valves, or neither?
I look forward to receiving more information on these issues.
