Modify SQL to dump just ISBN/Article-ID/Article-version/Article-OID (i.e.
    omit "emrw", "article", etc) to MRWMapping file. Use new name (e,g,
    "MRWmap.doc") for file, and leave old SQL code in place, in case
    Zhimimg is using it for DW.

Modify C++ to read new-format MRWmap.doc file instead of MRWMapping.doc.
Modify C++ mapping to Article-OID.
Edit all relevant ioconf files to use MRWmap.doc instead? Don't want to do
this since only one copy of ioconf file for each product. So hard-code file name
("MRWmap.doc") in C++.
